01.1 Minds4AI Inc. ("Minds") regards data privacy not as a compliance requirement, but as a fundamental architectural principle. This document outlines the protocols governing the collection, processing, and retention of client data.

01.2 Zero Retention for Inference: Unless explicitly configured for "Memory Mode" via the Minds Vision architecture, data sent to our inference endpoints is processed in volatile memory and is never written to disk.

01.3 Training Data Exclusion: We explicitly warrant that client data submitted through the Minds Flow or Minds Integrity APIs is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve our foundation models without express written consent.

02.1 By accessing the Minds Ecosystem (including Flow tools and Vision consulting), you agree to these terms. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Minds4AI Inc.

02.2 Authorized Use: Agents deployed via Minds Flow must strictly adhere to the Acceptable Use Policy. Autonomous agents may not be used for deceptive practices, unauthorized surveillance, or high-frequency automated harassment.

02.3 Intellectual Property: Any custom "Cognitive Architecture" or proprietary agent logic developed during a Minds Vision engagement is the sole property of the Client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the Statement of Work (SOW).

03.1 Enterprise Uptime: For clients on the Minds Integrity tier, we guarantee a monthly uptime percentage of 99.9% across all agent inference endpoints.

04.1 Geographic Pinning: Enterprise clients may request specific geographic regions for data processing (e.g., EU-West-1 for GDPR compliance). Minds ensures data does not traverse regional boundaries.

04.2 Encryption: All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3.
